What is your return policy?
We are sorry to hear that our products did not meet your expectations. You may return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund by following these instructions:
You must contact us first via email at info@wildheatherskincare.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Please state the reason for your return referencing your order number in your email and please include your RA number with your return; items returned without one will not receive a refund. Please pack our products up carefully as they are quite fragile. Close any pumps, make sure that the lids are on tight and use our prepaid return label on your shipping box.
Take your package to your local post office or leave out for your mail carrier. Once we receive your return we will refund you the cost of our products minus a return fee of $12.00. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt using the original form of payment.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
We do our best to package all of our products securely to ensure that they arrive in one piece to you. Occasionally something happens along the way that cannot be anticipated. If you receive damaged goods, please keep the original box and packing materials along with your damaged order and email us immediately at info@wildheatherskincare.com so that we can make a claim with the shipper as well as get replacement product out to you. Sending us a photo of the damage is very helpful.
What are your shipping and delivery methods?
We normally ship via UPS Ground so we can pass on our negotiated rates to you and because of their program that allows us to purchase carbon offsets. They have greatly improved their ground efficiency so that fewer packages are sent by air. We do not mark up our shipping charges or add processing fees.
We ship all of our orders on Tuesdays. Please also consider that we make all of our products in smaller batches for consistent quality. As we grow, we will offer additional days for shipping.
We can also ship to any country in the world. If the order weighs under 4 pounds it will usually be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail which is the most economical. If you don't see your country listed please contact us and we will add it. Shipping charges are just that - they do not include customs duties and taxes.
