Please allow additional time during holidays, product launches, or restocks.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, as determined by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless prepaid options are offered at checkout.
If duties are collected at checkout, your package will be delivered without additional fees upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your neighbors or local postal carrier first.
If it can’t be located, contact us at info@wildheatherskincare.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Wild Heather Skin Care products and feel completely confident in your order.
Because our products are personal-use skincare items, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
U.S. Returns
We gladly accept returns on unused or gently used products within 60 days of delivery.

International Returns
For international customers, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email info@wildheatherskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildheatherskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refused Deliveries or Customs Returns
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping information, the return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.
