How to Use

As a Daily Cleanser or Makeup Remover:
Apply a small amount to dry hands or a dry cotton pad. Massage gently onto dry face, neck, and around the eyes until the balm melts. Slowly add warm water to emulsify into a milky texture, then rinse thoroughly.

To Remove Eye Makeup:
